When will I be billed for the mail club?
After the initial payment when you join the club, members will then be billed on the 1st of each month unless it falls after the cut off date.

Whats the cut off date? If you join on or before the 20th you will receive the current months letter. If you join after the 20th you will receive the following months letter then won't be billed again until the next payment period.

Ex. If you joined after Oct. 20th, you will be charged immediately and the first letter you will receive will be November. Your next charge will be Dec 1. 

How long will it take to receive my letter?
After payments go through on the 1st, the letters will go out by the 10th of the month for everyone that has ordered by then. If you join/order after, it will be sent out on a rolling basis.  You will receive a shipping email when they are sent! They usually take 3-7 business days to be delivered. 

Can I track my letter?
Letters are sent with USPS letter stamps which is why shipping is free but unfortunately they are unable to be tracked.  

What do I do if haven't received my letter yet?
If it's been more than 14 days since the shipping date and you still haven't received it, please reach out to us in the contact section. We are unable to provided refunds for letters at this time but we'll be more than happy to resend it if you haven't received it after a month. 

Why does it take so long to ship the letters?
Letters go out by the 10th of the month. We try to get them out as soon as possible but everything in your letter is printed/made in office at the moment! Meaning we don't bulk buy prints instead print on demand to reduce waste. We also work other jobs so on busier days we might not get everything done. If there's ever an issue that it's not going to ship by the 10th we would let you know! 

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel via the Seal Subscription app or send us a message and we'll cancel it for you.
